The Sgt. Isaac Woodard, Jr. and Sgt. Joseph H. Maddox GI Bill Restoration Act of 2021, more simply known as the GI Bill Restoration Act. The bill would provide the families of #Blackveterans of World War II a transferable benefit that their descendants.
